​1. Zaroori Samagri:

​Kaunch Beej: 250 gram (ya jitni aapko zaroorat ho).

​Doodh: 1 se 2 litre (beejon ke doobne tak).

​Pani: Zaroorat anusar.

​Sooti Kapda (Cotton Cloth): Beejon ki potli banane ke liye.

​2. Step-by-Step Tarika:

​Step 1: Beejon ki Safai

Sabse pehle Kaunch ke beejon ko saaf pani se dho lein taaki dhool-matti nikal jaye. Kharab ya keede lage hue beejon ko nikal kar phek dein.

​Step 2: Potli Banana

Saaf dhule hue beejon ko ek sooti kapde mein rakh kar ek dheeli potli (bundle) baandh lein. Potli thodi dheeli honi chahiye taaki doodh andar tak ja sake.

​Step 3: Doodh mein Ubalna (Swedana)

​Ek bade bartan mein doodh aur thoda pani milayein.

​Ab is potli ko bartan mein is tarah latkayein ki beej doodh ke andar dube rahein, lekin bartan ke niche (tali) se na chhuen. (Aap bartan ke upar ek dandi rakh kar potli latka sakte hain).

​Isse halki aanch (low flame) par tab tak ubaalein jab tak beej naram na ho jayein. Isme lagbhag 2 se 3 ghante lag sakte hain.

​Step 4: Chilka Utarna

Jab beej naram ho jayein, toh potli nikal kar thodi thandi hone dein. Ab ek-ek karke sabhi beejon ka upari kala ya safed chilka (outer skin) utar dein. Doodh mein ubalne ke baad chilka aasani se nikal jayega.

​Step 5: Beej ka Andar ka Bhag (Kernels)

Chilka nikalne ke baad aapko andar se safed rang ka beej milega. Yahi asli shudh aushadhi hai.

​Step 6: Sukhana aur Powder Banana

​In shudh beejon ko saaf kapde par phela kar chhaya (shade) mein sukhayein. Dhyan rahe, ise seedha kadi dhoop mein na sukhayein, warna iske gun kam ho sakte hain.

​Jab yeh puri tarah sookh jayein, toh ise halka bhun (roast) lein aur mixer mein pees kar fine powder bana lein.

​Shudh Karne ke Fayde:

​Hajma: Shudh kiya gaya powder pachan mein halka hota hai aur gas ya bloating nahi karta.

​L-Dopa ki Shudhhta: Is prakriya se L-Dopa aur dusre alkaloids ki quality behtar ho jati hai.
