Naksir aate hi sabse pehle thande pani se sar dhoen. Iske alawa, ek saaf kapde mein baraf lapet kar naak ke upar (bridge of the nose) par 5-10 minute tak rakhen. Thandak se khoon ki naliyan sikud jati hain aur bleeding ruk jati hai.
2. Apple Cider Vinegar (Seb ka Sirka)
