Yaar, April shuru hote hi  garmi ne iss baar kasam khai hai ki hume theek se satayegi! 😅 Delhi ho, Karachi ho, ya Dubai — dhoop aisi nikal rahi hai ke lagna hai asmaani bhaatti chal rahi ho. Aur iss mausam mein sabse badi galti jo log karte hain woh hai — galat khana khana.

Main Irfan  aaj aapko Ayurveda Unani aur mera apna tajurba bhi bataunga ke garmi mein kya khana chahiye, kya nahi khana chahiye, aur kuch aise desi nuskhे jo sadiyon se chal rahe hain. Koi powder, koi capsule nahi — sirf woh cheezein jo aapke ghar ki rasoi mein pehle se hain! 🌿

Pehle Samjho — Garmi Mein Body Mein Kya Hota Hai?
Ayurveda kehta hai ke garmi ka mausam "Pitta Prakopal" ka waqt hota hai — matlab body mein Pitta dosha (aag ka element) badh jaata hai. Iske wajah se acidity, jalan, skin pe rashes, aur thakaan hoti hai.

Unani tibb mein isko "Mizaj e Haar" kehte hain — yaani tabiyat garmi ki taraf jhuk jaati hai. Unani hakeem kehte hain ke garmi mein woh cheezein khao jo "barid aur tar" hon — yaani thandak aur naami dene wali.

Dono systems ek baat pe agree karte hain — garmi mein halka, thandak dene wala, aur paani se bharpoor khana khana chahiye. Ab chalte hain directly un cheezon ki taraf jo khaani chahiye! 👇

💬 Mera mashwara 
Subah uthke ek glass thanda (fridge wala nahi, matke wala!) Aaj kal kaha logo ke pas matka hota hai aaplog room temperature paani piyo. Usme ek chutki sabja seeds aur 2 ya 3 dali gond katira ki rat bhar bhigo kar  suba isko piyo din bhar energetic feel karoge . Yeh Unani ka ek bahut simple aur kaamyaab nuskha hai garmi ko sambhalne ke liye. Mere ek dost ne sirf yeh kiya aur uski garmi wali headache teen din mein gayab ho gayi! 😄

Garmi Mein Ek Perfect Din Ka Khana Kaisa Ho?

🌅 Subah: Matke ka paani ya sabja paani + halka naashta jaise dahi ke saath kheera ya daliya

☀️ Dopahar: Dal chawal ya roti sabzi — halki sabziyan jaise lauki, tori, torai. Saath mein chaas zaroori! Achaar ya bahut zyada masala skip karo.

🌆 Shaam: Narial paani ya nimbu pani (sugar kam). Ek mutthi bheegi kishmish bhi le sakte ho — Unani mein "muqawwi" (taqat dene wala) maana gaya hai.

🌙 Raat: Halka khana — moong dal, khichdi, ya dahi chawal. Raat ka waqt hai — heavy khana mat khao, neend kharab hoti hai aur body temperature bhi badhta hai.

Yaar, main samajhta hun ke Gulf mein rehne wale bhai log dopahar 45°C mein kaam karte hain. Unke liye mera salah hai  kaam par nikalne se pehle ek bada glass chaas ya narial paani piyo. Ya fir gond katira rat ko bhiga kar suba piyo Body ka "cooling system" on ho jaata hai! Ek retired hakim sahab ne yeh nuskha mujhe bataya tha, aur wallah kaam karta hai. Mai bhi Gulf me raha hu kafi sal ye mera apna tajurba hai

Garmi mein kitna paani peena chahiye?

Ayurveda kehta hai ke pyaas lagne se pehle peena chahiye. Rozana kam se kam 8-10 glass — lekin ek saath nahi, thodi thodi der mein. Fridge ka bahut thanda paani avoid karo, matke ya normal temperature ka paani sab se behtar hai.

Kya garmi mein dahi khana sahi hai?

Haan bilkul! Lekin raat ko nahi. Ayurveda ke hisab se dahi din mein khana Pitta ko balance karta hai. Chaas ke roop mein lena aur bhi behtar hai. Raat ko dahi khane se kapha aur ama (toxins) badh sakte hain.

 Gond Katira kaise khayein garmi mein?
Raat ko ek chammach gond katira ek glass paani mein bhigo do. Subah tak phool jaayega. Isme rose water ya thoda sharbat mila ke piyo. Unani mein yeh garmi ki "maa ki dawa" hai — body thandi, andar se saaf! ❄️

Garmi mein neend nahi aati, kya khayein?

Sone se pehle ek glass thanda doodh mein gulkand mila ke piyo. Ayurveda mein yeh "Pitta shaman" ka aazmaaya hua tarika hai. Iske alawa din mein khirni, kharboza (muskmelon) ya tarbooz khane se bhi neend behtar hoti hai.

Kya garmi mein nimbu paani roz pee sakte hain?

Haan, zaroor! Lekin zyada cheeni mat dalo. Ek glass paani mein aadha nimbu, ek chutki kala namak, aur ek chutki bhuna jeera powder — yeh Unani ka classic "sherbet" formula hai. Dehydration aur heat stroke se bachata hai!

 Bachche garmi mein kya khayein? 

Bacchon ke liye khichdi, dahi, kheera, aur narial paani sabse safe hain. Unhe thodi thodi der mein kuch khilate raho — bhari plates ki jagah chhoti chhoti quantities. Ayurveda kehta hai bacchon mein Pitta bahut jaldi badh jaata hai, isliye thandak wali cheezein dete raho.

Toh yaar, yahi hai garmi ka Ayurvedic aur Unani formula — thanda khao, halka khao, aur paani ka dhyan rakho. Koi fancy supplement nahi, koi mehnga product nahi — bas apni rasoi mein pehle se maujood cheezein. Humara desi ilm sach mein kamal ka hai! 🌿
